Position Description: Working in a biotech manufacturing environment, you will report to the Supervisor of Quality, this individual will work to enhance the company’s focus on Quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applies knowledge and application of quality control standards and GMP's
• Accurately review batch records and enter data
• Raw material and finished product testing of the associated documentation
• Finished product sampling / testing and the associated documentation.
• Conduct sampling and inspection to ensure that end products comply with specifications
• Routine QC review of plate images and consistency data
• Perform other duties as assigned, and in accordance with Company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures

Position Requirements:

• At least 5 years of biotech experience in a GMP environment
• A minimum of 2 years lab experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control including sampling/inspection and/or process monitoring activities
• BA/BS desirable, certificate or 2 year degree required in biology or a related discipline; additional work experience my substitute for formal education
• PC proficiency with Word & Excel
• Strong Interpersonal communication skill (oral and written)
• Should be able handle multiple task simultaneously
• Strong organizational ability and independent
• Detail oriented - accuracy in producing technical reports
• Lab techniques ncluding ELISA or similar techniques
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

This position is eligible for overtime
