Multiplexed Immunoassay Diagnostics: Forward-Phase and Reverse-Phase Applications
Multiplexed assays for simultaneously detecting several biomarkers in a single sample are becoming popular in clinical diagnostic research. An advantage of multiplexing in diagnostics is that patterns of several biomarkers have better predictive value compared to detection of a single analyte using ELISAs. This web seminar presents, using an interactive format, the multiplexing platforms available for immunoassay diagnostics in this emerging market. The discussion will include the application of forward-phase and reverse-phase multiplexed immunoassays.
